The information and statement in this application are true and complete, and made for the purpose of inducing you to establish and open account line of credit. You are hereby authorized to obtain any information you consider necessary from any source concerning the statements in the application. In consideration of, and in order to induce you to establish an open account line of credit based on the foregoing application, the undersigned promises to pay for all purchased in accordance with our terms of sale. If at any time, for any reason, the undersigned is unable to pay for said purchases when due, and in the event it becomes necessary for AeroCar Services to incur collection costs to collect any amount due under this agreement or any portion thereof, the undersigned and/or any guarantor(s) to pay such additional collection costs, charges and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fee and commissions if the account is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection. Interest shall be charged on the due balance of 2% per month. This agreement is between AeroCar Services and both the business owner(s) and the business or corporation named in this application. Both the owner(s) and any business or corporations named in this application are liable, individually and together, for the performance of the customer’s obligations under this agreement. The undersigned here with swears and declares under penalty of perjury that the purchaser is solvent business, and can and will pay its debts as they become due.
